SouthernOak Construction LLC is founded and owned by Jorge Mendoza.
Jorge has more than 25 years of experience in construction, architectural millwork, remodeling, and project leadership throughout South Texas.
His background started with hands-on craftsmanship. Over time, that work grew into residential remodeling, commercial millwork, and general contracting.
That experience continues to shape how SouthernOak approaches each project. The focus is simple: plan carefully, communicate clearly, manage the details, and complete the work with accountability.
Today, Jorge and the SouthernOak team serve homeowners, business owners, and organizations across South Texas with residential and commercial construction services.
